Adam founded Whitecroft Partners in 2023. Prior to founding Whitecroft Partners, Adam worked at Fulcrum Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on providing capital to Canadian lower middle-market businesses. At Fulcrum, Adam was involved in the evaluation, due diligence and execution of potential opportunities and monitoring of portfolio company investments. Adam had the opportunity to work alongside accomplished management teams and business leaders in a variety of industries including food and beverage, contract packaging, business services, logistics, distribution and consumer goods. Adam began his career in the Valuation Services practice at Deloitte where he provided a variety of valuation services for transactional, restructuring, financial reporting, and tax planning purposes for financial and strategic clients. 

Adam graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours and attained membership in a business honour society, Beta Gamma Sigma, for finishing in the top 10% of the graduating class. Adam is a CPA and a CBV. Adam is also a former member of the Young Professionals Committee, a sub-committee of the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association.
